Image Line Communications Constructs World's Biggest Exhibition Stand
Online, July 30, 2012 (Newswire.com) - Image Line Communications has built the world's largest exhibition structure using the innovative CROSSwire® and TRUSSwire® modular display system on behalf of client DSV, a leading logistics company.
The structure, which was designed, artworked and constructed by Image Line Communications, measures 80sq metres and is just under four metres high.
The easy to assemble CROSSwire® and TRUSSwire® structures are usually utilised for point-of-sale (PoS) and small poster displays. By using them to build DSV's stand at the transport exhibition, Multimodal, Image Line Communications was able to offer DSV a cost effective structure with a unique industrial look - making it stand out from DSV's competitor's displays.
Comparable designs using traditional modular would have cost DSV around 50% more.
Chris Malyon, Director of Sales and Marketing, DSV Road Limited, said: "We selected the CROSSwire® and TRUSSwire® system because they give us so much scope for designs.
"We can have the stand exactly how we want as the system can be easily reconfigured and adapted to suit our requirement. The system itself also looks great and adds another dimension to the stand."
Tom Waters, Operations Director at Image Line Communications, added: "With imagination you can use CROSSwire® and TRUSSwire® to create attention grabbing stands.
"Also, they are cost effective solutions and easy to assemble, secured using hand locking nuts with no specialist tools required."
CROSSwire® is ideal for dressing shell schemes as well as for stand alone exhibition stands - or just as towers, display units and furniture. It is extremely lightweight, making it the most portable system around, but is still extremely robust and can be reused time and time again.
Labelled as the 'CROSSwire's big sister', the TRUSSwire®'s fully modular, foldable system gives limitless possibilities to any stand. The foldable system means the TRUSSwire® takes up less storage space, reducing transportation costs, and is reusable in other configurations.
