Impactful Women Association Appoints Robin Schneider As Community Impact Director

Ms. Schneider's responsibilities entail achieving long-lasting, meaningful community impact by developing, coordinating and managing relationships with community partners/programs and serves as liaison between them and Impactful Women Association. Ms. Schneider is an HR Consultant with senior manager level expertise in multiple human resources/labor relations disciplines and work environments. She has garnered a strong portfolio of achievements through cutting-edge business practices and has advanced best practices in the HR/LR field. As a consummate HR professional, she has maintained a broad network of expertise and successfully aligns goals and HR solutions effectively leveraging local practices with global business strategy. She holds HR/LR certifications from Cornell, Rutgers and Villanova Universities. In addition, she is also certified as a Lean Six Sigma Specialist.
She is an ongoing member of the Labor and Employee Relations Association as well as the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is a SHRM HR/LR mentor. Additionally, she has served as IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program Specialist and as a member of the Fund Allocation Committee for the United Way of Hunterdon County.
Ms. Schneider currently resides with her family in Hunterdon County New Jersey where she is a member of the YMCA and Clinton Health & Wellness Center. She enjoys availing herself of the many fitness activities offered at these facilities.
