IMX Resources Limited Offers a Peek at its Unique Operations Strategy through Innovative Technology and Going Green

IMX Resources modernizes the mining industry throughout the Southern Hemisphere.

(San Diego, CA)- In an interview with Business Review Australia, Duncan McBain, Managing Director and geologist of IMX Resources Limited discusses the Company's ambitious plan to expand its business and mining strategies by acquiring more clients.

McBain illustrates the Company's next big venture, which is a substantial mining project known as Cairn Hill. "I've spent 50% of my time in China talking to different people and doubling efforts to find the right partners," said McBain. IMX Resources signed an agreement with China's Jilin Tonghua Iron & Steel Group Co Ltd, which will buy all output for the entire five-year life of the mine. IMX Resources also signed a $49 million deal with Sichuan Taifeng to fund development of a project called the Cairn Hill project. Sichuan Taifeng will own half of the Cairn Hill project and its stake in IMX Resources will rise to 19.9 per cent. The Cairn Hill project is set to produce 1.7 million tonnes per annum (mtpa) of ore.

IMX Resources anticipates several trends in the mining industry. As the demand for copper, nickel and other elements increases, it's the Company's mission to find investors, which allow them to obtain a number of joint venture opportunities to grow share value.

IMX Resources is also looking to reduce its carbon footprint using best practices and sustainability initiatives.
