In House Training: Advanced Budgeting and Forecasting Masterclass for TNB

Advanced Budgeting and Forecasting Masterclass for TNB

Two days of intensive sessions started with quick throw back to school and taking pop-up test by all 35 participants. Good memories, while feeling a little bit nervous all participants proved that they are experts in their field and that they represent real assets for TNB.

The course was designed with plenty of hands on exercises that involved participants fully, followed by case studies, presentations of trainer and participants. Trainer’s expertise and personalized approach brought value to every minute participant spend during this course. Alan believes that people learn by doing, not just by listening. Therefore, even with limited time participants did laptop exercises with aim to make sufficiently strong start for participants to return to the office equipped to carry on and complete the work.
