Online, January 20, 2011 (Newswire.com) - The Volunteer Ministers of Tampa Bay announced this week that their virtual signature yellow tent is ready to provide navigation through one of the most challenging aspects of life - finding and maintaining a successful relationship.

"Divorce rates in Florida are among the highest in the country," said Pat Harney, who oversees the work of the Volunteer Ministers in the Tampa Bay area. "It can make someone trying to steer through dating and relationships feel hopeless. The on-line course on "The Components of Understanding" takes a lot of the guess-work out."

According to Harney, an increased ability to understand and be understood is not the only option on the site, which includes free courses on conflict resolution, integrity and honesty, how to overcome a dangerous environment and the basics of organization.

"There is a window on the site where you can pick what it is you would like help with, so it is really personal," said Judy Fagerman, who is in charge of the Tampa Bay Chapter of the Volunteer Ministers.
