$14,000 cash back offer extended

In conjunction with the $10,000 Queensland Building Boost, Indigo Homes are extending the offer of $4,000 cash back to cover new homes bought before December 31, 2011.


The Queensland Building Boost is an initiative that will give $10,000 to all Queenslanders building or buying a new home.
First home-buyers can still get the $7,000 first home buyer's grant - meaning they could potentially save $21,000 on their first home. 
The grant is available to any person or corporation buying or building a new home to live in or rent out for investment purposes, and the home must be $600,000 or under.
