Informa Appoints Targetwire as Media Partner and Official News Distribution Service for 2011 IP&TV International Events

Appointed to distribute exhibitor news to its global database and provide virtual press office - follows successful partnership at IP&TV World Forum 2010

Informa Telecoms & Media has appointed Targetwire as media partner and official news distribution service for its international IP&TV World Series events programme during 2011. Targetwire will offer both organisers and exhibitors a comprehensive low cost press distribution service covering every publication and relevant website in the internet and broadband television sectors. As part of the agreement Targetwire will also provide a virtual press office for the programme.

Targetwire has developed an IP&TV events circuit comprising almost 3,000 journalists and media outlets in 20 countries. It has been particularly chosen for its ability to cover all of the event's target geographies and markets worldwide - while also offering a special low price to exhibitors. Targetwire is unique in using email software to deliver releases straight to the inboxes of named journalists coming directly from the organisers or the exhibitors.
