Innovative Website Pairs Investors & Property Owners
Online, July 6, 2012 (Newswire.com) - FlipFuse is excited to announce the launch of a innovative website service that allows property owners to find investing partners for structures they are interested in "flipping," or rehabbing, in order to sell for profit. The website FlipFuse.com allows property owners to submit a project with pictures, property descriptions, and supporting material for review. Potential partners, known as Fusers, can peruse the projects and choose which of those to fund. Once funded, Fusers are made a partner in the project and share profits once the property has been either sold or rented.
"There are property owners out there that don't have the immediate funds available to flip a property, but the profit potential is so much they don't want to lose the opportunity," Ryan Harrell founding partner explained. "FlipFuse is a way investors and property owners can work together on projects. It's an easier way to find each other across the country and get in touch."
Harrell went on to explain FlipFuse was inspired by the concept of crowd funding, which generally describes a group of people who pool money and other resources together, usually via the internet, to support the efforts or ideas initiated by an individual or group. FlipFuse is a way property owners and potential partners connect.
"In the market today, a lot of people aren't comfortable taking their money to a big bank for investment. This type of cooperation is Americans investing in Americans," Harrell said
"One of the most amazing parts of FlipFuse is that it offers both flippers and fusers the opportunity to stimulate a stagnant housing market and put people back to work," said Steve Thorpe one of the founders. "It lets Americans invest in other American business opportunities."
The complete service is launching soon, to sign up for updates visit http://FlipFuse.com.
