Insurance Giant AIA Join Hands with FMT For Staff OBT Training

Online, August 24, 2013 (Newswire.com) - Four-man team (FMT) the newest and revolutionizing Outward-bound training facilitator recently joined hands with AIA Insurance Lanka PLC in developing its Bancassurance sales personnel. AIA being the largest insurer in Asia, recently acquired the Aviva(Sri Lanka) stakes and started shaking the insurance industry in Sri Lanka.

With our experience and maturity coupled with talents, we have turned the workshop around and feedback was above expectations.

In this special seven hour programme, we have incorporated many learning events and they were executed mostly with fun but certainly explaining the learning points during the video de-briefing, Koshitha Perera, the Programme Manager stated to media.

We started with light physical training session by 7 am and participants enjoyed playing a special tap rugger game developed by us. Later we have driven few management games and a small theoretical session for the participants, Koshitha stated further. Koshitha is a soccer player and led the national junior soccer team for few overseas tours. He played rugger for St Peters Collage and was an athlete too.
