Jon Gibbons is a Florida Board Certified Intellectual Property Attorney licensed to practice in front of the U.S. Patent and Trademark office. He is a co-founder of one of the largest patent prosecution firms in the South East. Jon represents domestic and foreign clients in every type of intellectual property matters, including patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, unfair competition, false advertising, computer law, Internet law, technology licensing, technology transfer and related litigation. He is a licensed professional electrical engineer and a former college professor of software programming and automation. These qualifications and broad-based skills support Jon's high tech experience in the identification, creation, and safeguarding of intellectual property assets. Mr. Gibbons earned his law degree from the University of Miami. He earned a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University, and studied graduate business administration at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York State.
