Faithe Dillman was only 19 years old when she began working in the music business and she has not looked back since, forging a highly successful career in a highly competitive industry.
“I dropped out of college to work for the CEO of Geffen Records, then climbed the global marketing ladder at Universal's Interscope Records during the Jimmy Iovine era, running marketing and publicity for musicians such as Lady Gaga, 50 Cent, All American Rejects and more,” she said.
Ms. Dillman’s hard work, creativity and perseverance took her far and she eventually became VP of Creative Operations, working for Dave Stewart of the Eurythmics. But in 2010, she made the bold leap to strike out on her own and founded Marbaloo Marketing, a Nashville-based digital marketing agency for celebrities, progressive products and big brands.
In less than ten years, Ms. Dillman’s company has expanded to include three other equally successful businesses: Remedy Creative, which specializes in branding and packaging; Bandwidth, a live events company; and most recently, The Avenue West, a brand-centric marketing and PR agency based in Los Angeles.
Last year was a banner year for Ms. Dillman, with her companies boasting gains in new client acquisition and experiencing an all-time high for current client retention. “We are looking forward to expanding our media acquisition efforts and opening a sports marketing division,” she noted. Further testament to Ms. Dillman’s success is her recent recognition by "MusicRow" magazine, a leading music industry trade publication in Nashville, where she is being honored as one of its 2018 Rising Women on the Row.
