Self-motivated and results driven to succeed, Paula Shepherd is a seasoned professional who has constantly set her goals to keep pace with her highest aspirations for personal excellence. Throughout her career, she has exhibited exemplary teamwork, expertise, integrity and dedication.
In her current role as Plant Manager at Johnson & Johnson Vision, Ms. Shepherd manages the day-to-day operations of the Jackson, FL-based facility and oversees a team of professionals. She previously was Plant Manager at Animas Corporation and, before that, held the position of Manufacturing Strategy Director Europe at Johnson & Johnson. She has also held numerous positions at Lifescan Scotland in the United Kingdom, including Program Manager, Operations Manager, Engineering Manager, Quality and Compliance Manager, and Process Engineering Manager.
Ms. Shepherd has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Loughborough University in Leicestershire, England.
