International Association of Women Recognizes Colleen Jelley as a 2018-2019 Influencer

CHICAGO, October 17, 2018 (Newswire.com) - The International Association of Women (IAW) recognizes Colleen Jelley as a 2018-2019 Influencer. She is acknowledged as a leader in entrepreneurship. After a highly successful tenure at Bell Leadership Institute that spanned nearly two decades, Colleen Jelley embarked on a new career in real estate. “I'd previously been involved in real estate over the years and was excited to get back into it,” she said.

With her sights set on ultimately becoming a Real Estate Broker, Ms. Jelley made the decision to start a related business, one that would complement her work in real estate. “I started Carolina Staging & Redesign, LLC, about 1.5 years ago and officially formed it this year,” she said. “Because it takes some time to be successful as a Broker, I established the staging business as a way to both supplement my income during the real estate business start-up process and offer my real estate clients more along the lines of a full-service Broker.”

My end goal in all of this is to create a successful real estate business that not only offers a balanced life for me and my family, but one that best meets my clients' needs in helping them make a smooth transition through their own life changes.

Using the skills she has honed over the years in business, management and leadership, Ms. Jelley seamlessly manages her staging business while working as an independent Broker at Franklin Street Realty. As a Broker with expertise in the local real estate market, she helps clients, both buyers and sellers, realize their real estate goals. A talented decorator who has renovated and decorated her own home as well as those of family and friends, she consults with clients to ensure their homes and properties are ready for sale.
