International Association of Women Recognizes Jill Windelspecht's Contributions as Cleveland Chapter President

Jill Windelspecht, President of Talent Specialists Consulting LLC, has been successfully leading her Chapter for two years

The International Association of Women (IAW) recognizes Jill Windelspecht’s contributions as Cleveland Chapter President. She is acknowledged as a leader in this role. The International Association of Women (IAW) is a global in-person and online networking platform with nearly one million members, 1000+ in person and virtual events, over 100 local U.S.-based Chapters and International Chapters in several cities in China.

“I’m pleased to acknowledge Jill’s outstanding leadership abilities,” said IPDN President and IAW Spokesperson Star Jones. “Her knowledge and experience are valuable assets to her Chapter, its members and the local community.”

Jill Windelspecht is passionate about helping others find success. It is what she strives to accomplish as President of her company, Talent Specialists Consulting LLC, as well as through her role as President of IAW’s Cleveland Chapter.

“Helping others reach their full potential is my passion and that is all about leadership—leading yourself, leading others or leading your organization,” Ms. Windelspecht said. “When I started my own coaching and consulting business I wanted to not only help leaders in organizations, I wanted to help women grow in their careers and be successful. Two years ago, I took on the leadership role of President of the Cleveland Chapter because I saw this as a way to help promote my core beliefs and serve others.”

Ms. Windelspecht and her leadership team work tirelessly to plan monthly meetings and events for members that are relevant, purposeful and fun. She recalled how an end-of-the-year event that involved creating personal vision boards was very popular with members. “Many of the women who attended that event said it has helped them focus on their goals and keeps them motivated to work towards what really matters,” she said. “Knowing that we are helping others grow intentionally and personally is really satisfying.”

Planned topics for upcoming meetings include growing your business or starting a side hustle (the Director of the Women’s Business Center of Northern Ohio will speak at the meeting); improving your personal productivity through neuroscience; healthy minds and bodies for life; and managing conflict through mindfulness. “We are also planning to focus on community work by partnering with other women’s groups to make an impact on the Cleveland area,” Ms. Windelspecht added.

After more than 20 years spent coaching and developing leaders around the world inside fortune 500 organizations, Ms. Windelspecht finally achieved her dream of entrepreneurship when she founded her company nearly three years ago.

“My focus is all about helping leaders—leading themselves, leading others and/or leading their organization to reach their full potential,” she said. “I focus on leaders because I know that when leaders can inspire and motivate their teams they can create better lives for their employees and create profitable businesses.”

A skilled facilitator and leadership trainer, and a member of the John Maxwell team, Ms. Windelspecht uses her skills to help people develop “the right mindset, skillset and action set to achieve their goals.” She continued, “I leverage neuroscience and emotional intelligence to help them make better decisions, manage change and achieve results that move them toward their own personal vision.”

Future goals for Ms. Windelspecht include continuing her work to help leaders unlock their full potential and that of their teams so all may achieve success. She will also continue her leadership role as Cleveland Chapter President. “My role has helped me gain access to other leaders in the community who are interested in supporting women,” she said. “It has also helped me grow my personal network with other amazing women in the community.”
