International Association of Women Recognizes Nadiya Williams as a 2019-2020 Influencer

Nadiya Williams, Founder/Instructor, Feminine Revival, joins networking organization

The International Association of Women (IAW) recognizes Nadiya Williams as a 2019-2020 Influencer. She is acknowledged as a leader in health and wellness. The International Association of Women (IAW) is a global in-person and online networking platform with more than 100 local chapters, International Chapters in several cities in China and 1000+ in-person and virtual events.

"I'm pleased to welcome Nadiya into this exceptional group of professional women," said IPDN President and IAW Spokesperson Star Jones. "Her knowledge and experience in her industry are valuable assets to her company and community."

After experiencing changes in her body caused by her breast cancer treatment, Nadiya Williams was determined to feel like herself again. Her journey to health and wellness has now led her to help other women like herself.

"I was searching for a way to gain back my femininity, sensuality and confidence as a woman," Ms. Williams said. "I found IMBuilding (intimate muscle building), a program that focuses on strengthening and developing intimate muscles for women. I fell in love with the program because it helped me regain my feminine instinct. I felt completely different. I felt sexier, more confident, and I noticed a significant change in my pelvic floor muscles. After taking several classes, I completed extensive training to become a Certified IMBuilding Instructor. Now, I am sharing this program with women through my company Feminine Revival."

Ms. Williams founded her company in 2017. In addition to her role as Instructor, she speaks at women's health events about the importance of engaging intimate muscles for women of all ages. "I teach women how to control their intimate muscles voluntarily," she explained. "I am helping young women to develop self-confidence, awaken their sensitivity, decrease period pain and gain self-knowledge. I help prenatal and postpartum women to facilitate childbirth and post-birth recovery of the pelvic floor. Lastly, I help pre- and post-menopausal women to rejuvenate post-menopausal vaginal tissue."

Although it can be challenging to engage women about female pleasure since it is often considered taboo, Ms. Williams finds her job very rewarding. "When my students return to me with their beautiful results, I know I helped someone become a happier and healthier version of herself," she said. "This is what drives me to move forward with Feminine Revival."

Ms. Williams' future plans include creating a space for women to come and talk through their emotions; a place where women know they are supported and where women are helping each other. "This community will inform women about women's health and wellbeing," she added.

Education & Accomplishments: Pantheon-Sorbonne, Certificate of French as Second Language; Baruch College, Certificate of English as Second Language; IMBuilding (intimate muscles building) Program, Certificate to Teach
