International Association of Women Recognizes Tiffany Lee as a 2020-2021 Influencer

Tiffany Lee, Executive Coach at Truth Teller Enterprises, joins networking organization

The International Association of Women (IAW) recognizes Tiffany Lee as a 2020-2021 Influencer. She is acknowledged as a leader in entrepreneurship. The International Association of Women (IAW) is a global in-person and online networking platform with more than 100 local chapters, international chapters and 1,000+ in-person and virtual events.

For the past three years, Tiffany Lee has had a very successful career as an Executive Assistant. Always interested in helping people, she couldn’t help but notice the lack of communication between leaders and staff.

“I just knew I had to do something,” she said. “In 2017, I attended a conference and connected with one of the speakers who is a Body Language Expert and my life changed!”

Ms. Lee was certified as a Body Language Expert by the woman she met and became her traveling assistant. She eventually became an Executive Coach and founded Truth Teller Enterprises. She uses her skills and knowledge to bridge the gap between employees and VPs/executive. Ms. Lee offers clients support, leadership, coaching and organizational skills. “My other responsibilities include providing focus, teaching communication skills, and investing in clients’ professional and personal well-being,” she added.

“I've been on both sides of the table: as a ‘regular’ employee and as a part of the executive team,” Ms. Lee said. “I see the gaps that exist between the two groups. Through my communication and body language skills, I've created a program that will teach executives how to build rapport with their employees and create a team that functions more like a family instead of a dictatorship.”

While it can be challenging to show executives and leaders the importance of slowing down and really paying attention to their employees, Ms. Lee is confident in her ability to help them overcome those obstacles. “The most rewarding aspect is to have leaders complete the program and then tell me how great it feels to not have employees run from them every time they enter the room,” she said. “I also love when they share how they use the things they learned in their personal lives as well!”

As for future goals, Ms. Lee plans to create an online course for busy executives. “I also hope to create an online course for other Executive Assistants that will show them how to take the lead and be a Rockstar Assistant!” she added.

Education & Accomplishments: Bachelor of Arts, Howard University, Communications; Body Language Expert Certification
