Victoria Sydorowicz , Owner of Southeast Executive Coaching

Victoria Sydorowicz has nearly three decades of corporate experience as a finance officer and for 17 years, was a VP, Finance at Allstate Insurance Company. Although she admired the company and was highly successful, she started to think she was meant to do something more.

“I saved the company millions of dollars via my initiatives and my amazing team,” she said. “However, I was unfulfilled. At the same time, I realized that what made me so successful in the finance field was not that I could analyze financials better than the next guy; it was because I was able to coach and develop my team to reach their full potential. So, I said goodbye to an amazing company in search of my own passion.”

Last January, Ms. Sydorowicz, who is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Professional Coach, launched her company, Southeast Executive Coaching. Using her expansive experience as a corporate coach and her keen ability to listen in an unbiased, nonjudgmental way, she helps others find professional success. “My key responsibilities are to help people become the best version of themselves that they possibly can,” she said. “I want to inspire change, and watch my clients grow. I ask the tough questions from a place of genuine concern for my clients.  This is why my clients trust and believe me.”

Although Ms. Sydorowicz admits it can be challenging when clients are resistant to change, she works tirelessly to help them either overcome their fears or realize they are not yet ready to make the necessary changes that will move them forward. “My biggest reward, though, is when a client has a breakthrough...a true accomplishment! However small it may be, this is most rewarding for me,” she said.

Ms. Sydorowicz’s future goal is to establish herself in the corporate world. “I want to work for medium-large companies, helping their leaders to develop themselves,” she said. “I am a great fit for this type of atmosphere because I have worked in corporate America at the officer level for many years. I understand the struggles, the culture, and, yes, sometimes the politics that goes along with big business.”
