International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis to Host 2016 Scientific and Standardization Committee Annual Meeting in Montpellier, France

Global Community of Leading Experts in the Fields of Thrombosis and Hemostasis Meet in France for First Time in 15 Years

The International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis (ISTH) will hold its 62nd Annual Scientific and Standardization Committee (SSC) Meeting in Montpellier, France, at the Le Corum Conference Centre. Taking place from May 25-28, 2016, the meeting is expected to draw 2,000 clinicians, researchers, educators, healthcare professionals and industry partners from more than 94 countries around the world.

Building on the success of previous ISTH meetings, SSC 2016 has been carefully designed to showcase groundbreaking new research and educational presentations from leading experts in thrombosis, hemostasis and vascular biology. Further, it offers an impressive lineup of plenaries, education and robust breakout sessions led by SSC Subcommittees, as well as an exhibition hall featuring companies from around the world.

SSC 2016 will facilitate an exciting discourse about current diagnostic and therapeutic challenges. It will also offer the opportunity to discuss novel approaches and standards that allow the field to work together toward real-time and patient-centric solutions.
