As an international knowledge sharing program, IIBR Pune invited Dr. Patricia Valdes Flores from CYTES University, Baja California, Mexico. Honorable faculty was in the campus for one week. She gave lectures and hold seminars on the following topics.

* Team Building etc.
Interactive sessions with students were also held on the occasion. Students discussed prevalent education systems and labor laws in Mexico. This program helped students to increase their knowledge of the different approaches used internationally. Speaking on the topic SME'S in Mexico, Dr Patricia Veldes stressed on the importance of SME'S for the growth of the economy.
