You don't need it specialised to your business' needs.

Don't set a deadline!
Rush through the project as quickly as you can to 'get it done' or take the 'slow and steady wins the race' attitude.

Keep it under your Hat!
Don't tell anyone about the project until it has gone 'live'.

Don't test it yourself!
Get your IT department to test the system - they know best after all.

Don't Use it!
Keep using your other methods of communication, 'just-in-case'.
