Intrinium Named One of 2020 Best Work Places Inland Northwest

SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash., August 24, 2020 (Newswire.com) - Intrinium has been highlighted as one of the top places where one can work as an employee. This conclusion was made after the best companies group and journal of business created a fourth annual list of top workplaces in the inland northwest.

Intrinium has been listed in this list for the third consecutive year. The awards and survey programs were established to help recognize, honor, and identify the best workers in this region. This would then benefit Inland Northwest’s businesses, workforce as well as the economy. Thirty-six companies are included in this list, but only one is named the best workplace in Inland Northwest.

To qualify as a candidate in this competition, a company must achieve the eligibility requirements listed below:

- own a working facility in this region

- be a privately or publicly held business

- be a government entity or a profit or non-profit organization.

- has been operating for more than one year

- has more than 15 employees working either a part-time or full-time schedule.

Many companies in this region participated in the two-part survey to determine the best workplaces in Inland Northwest. The first step of the program is to evaluate each company's workplace philosophy, practices, demographics, and systems. The second step is to measure the employees' experience by taking an employee survey. The results after combining the scores is what determines the final ranking and top companies. You also need to be aware that the best companies groups play the role of managing the survey process, determine final rankings, analyzing data, and overall registration.

The virtual celebration awards event will be held on Oct. 7, where all the list-making brands will be identified and honored. Moreover, rankings will also be published in the journal of business on Oct. 8.
