Introducing the Royal Collision Center in Richmond
Online, December 7, 2011 (Newswire.com) - Royal Chevrolet is proud to introduce the Royal Collision Center, an on-site body shop that handles collision repair and automotive service. In particular, Royal Chevrolet is pleased to announce the thorough process that is used by the Collision Center to ensure that all service work done at the dealership meets the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Firstly, a body shop Estimator inspects the vehicle to estimate the cost of the repair. The customer then signs an authorization that gives the Collision Center permission to complete the repair. The customer's insurance company must also approve of the repair.
Once the service has been approved by all involved parties, the Royal Collision Center's certified technicians order the necessary parts and schedule a service appointment. All customers will be given an estimated completion date so that they are aware of the time needed to complete the repair.
Next, the actual repair begins. Once vehicle parts begin to be dissembled, additional damage may be discovered. If this is the case, the technician will write a supplemental damage report. The customer's insurance company must then approve of additional repairs for this damage. The collision center gives full disclosure to the customer, contacting them if the estimated cost and/or completion date is expected to change.
Royal technicians measure every element of the vehicle so that when all the parts are put back together, nothing will be out of place. All new parts will also be checked for proper fit. Once the repair is more complete, the technician will check vehicle systems to make sure everything is functioning correctly.
The customer is then notified that their vehicle is ready for pickup and a delivery date and time is scheduled. This level of attention to detail and caution is meant to ensure that every repair performed at the Collision Center is of the highest quality and that the customer is aware of every change being made to his or her car.
Royal Chevrolet prides itself on its Collision Center process.
