Inventor Fights Back After Selling Successful Personal Connection Tech to inContact (SAAS) and Not Paid Earn-Out

The Utah based inventor that created inContact's (SAAS) successful Personal Connection product creates blog exposing the details of his struggle to be paid the earn-out on the sold intellectual property. Many interesting facts about inContact and its place in the contact center-as-a-service market are revealed.

Rix Ryskamp, the Mapleton, Utah based inventor has taken his fight to social media when inContact (SAAS) decided to write off the payment of the earn-out for the Personal Connection, according to SEC filings.  The 9 part blog can be found on Rix Ryskamp's LinkedIn page or by visiting:

I have tried every way I can think of to be paid fairly for what has been a successful product for inContact. I am sad that this has come to the court of public opinion, although when an inventor is mistreated by a public company, the court of public opinion is more affordable than years of litigation. Big companies depend on that advantage. Inventors need to use every tool we have. Social media can be a powerful tool.

Rix Ryskamp, Inventor

In the posts the inventor suggests reexamination and potential invalidation of the patents that inContact (SAAS) currently holds on its flagship Personal Connection product.

The blog details the inventor's dealings with inContact as well as in-depth market analysis and the inventor's opinions about innovation in the contact center-as-a-service market.
