Invents Releases "The Silent Communicator", For Both Tracking & Communication
New York, NY, January 8, 2015 (Newswire.com) - The Silent Communicator is a GPS-enabled, unobtrusive, stylish wrist band made of silicone. The first function of the wrist band is its safety feature. The individual wearing this band will now be much safer and secure. Parents/caregivers will have great peace of mind knowing that their child/elderly adult/person with special needs, or anyone for that matter, wearing the band is now much, much safer.
How are they safer? Here is how it works. The band would be placed on the child's wrist or ankle. A second band is worn by the parent or caregiver. The band has settings—one for distance, also known as the safety zone, or the distance between the two bands. This zone can be set 5', 10', 15', 20' or any distance desired. When the child leaves the safety zone, the parent or caregiver’s band will silently vibrate, letting one know that the child is out of the safety zone. But there are several other applications available as well, when the Silent Communicator is in use.
I designed the Silent Communicator with various applications—children, Alzheimer patients, elderly persons, anyone with special needs as well as for friends who have their own special codes. Overall the Silent Communicator does what it is designed to do...communicate!"
