Invents Unveils "Life Saver", Safeguard From Dangerous Carbon Monoxide Accumulation In Residential Garage

The Life Saver is both simple & effective and ensures a garage and vehicle are safeguarded against carbon monoxide accumulation.

Carbon monoxide is a colorless, odorless, tasteless toxic gas that kills almost 500 people annually in unintentional, non-fire-related instances. One way to guard against such deaths is with the Life Saver. .A safety device for automobiles, the Life Saver has a carbon monoxide detector and ignition cutoff circuitry. Whenever a dangerous level of carbon monoxide is detected, the Life Saver automatically disables the ignition system. It provides an instant way to stop dangerous fumes from filling a vehicle or the surrounding area in an enclosed space, such as a garage. The Life Saver can be installed onto vehicles at point of manufacture or offered as an aftermarket product readily adaptable to any model of automobile.

The Patent Pending Life Saver was invented by William Koenig of Manteno, IL, who said, “The Life Saver offers a handy automated mechanism that expediently disables an auto's engine upon the slightest detection of deadly chemicals. Since the carbon monoxide is stopped from accumulating in an enclosed garage, the Life Saver ensures that the substance does not have time to infiltrate cracks in doors, windows, or enter the home through heating and air conditioning ventilation."

"The Life Saver deserves the name. It disables a car engine upon the slightest detection of chemicals. The Life Saver can be instrumental in reducing the number of carbon monoxide fatalities and also readily prevents suicide attempts using carbon monoxide."

William Koenig, Inventor

The inventor added, “For added protection, the Life Saver can be synched with a vehicle's emergency communication system (such as On-star) to alert rescue personnel, along with connection to an audible alarm or the vehicle's horn to emit a warning easily heard by those in the house as well as neighbors who could rush to one's rescue.”
