Investorlando Realty Opens in Historic Inn

Online, May 26, 2010 (Newswire.com) - (May 26, 2010 - Orlando, FL) Investorlando Realty, a newly formed brokerage model in Longwood, Fla., focusing on real estate as an investment, will have its official opening June 1, 2010, in the historic Longwood Village Inn.

Lenny Layland, former broker-owner of Homevest Realty in Orlando, says Investorlando Realty is dedicated to helping people make money by investing in Orlando-area real estate. Clients can do this directly with a turnkey investment property or simply buying a home. Alternative investments are offered to clients through a diversified investment fund or pooled group investment.

Layland's private equity fund, Investorlando, Limited, which he founded in 1999, holds assets of more than $3 million including the Longwood Village Inn, which originally opened as the Waltham Hotel in 1885.

"I wanted to create a new model outside of the standard 'buy and sell a home' brand," Layland says about his new brokerage. He sold Homevest Realty in 2007 in anticipation of the bursting real estate bubble and after realizing he wanted to distance himself from the traditional real estate brokerage model and focus more on investment clients.

Investorlando Realty services include property management, buyer representation, seller marketing, and consulting. These services are available to residential, investment and commercial buyers and sellers.
