International Steel Structures, LLC (ISS) executes an exclusive marketing agreement with Global Housing Alliance, LLC (GHA) for the countries of India and Brazil, in which new housing construction technology will be presented to the world.

International Steel Structures, LLC (ISS) executed an exclusive marketing agreement with Global Housing Alliance, LLC(GHA) for the countries of India and Brazil. ISS is an USA based company whose founder and chief architect Bob Koger, developed a new mobile building system which is called the Mobile Production Facility or MPF. Koger was inspired from an ancient invention, "The Arch", which he applied the science and then adding the mobilization to it, hence the birth of the MPF.

Koger stated, " We are excited about the alliance with GHA to bring forth to the world this product and technology which we have worked on for over 20 years. This product will enhance the protection for people from nature's fury from earthquakes to high winds. We feel the world is ready for innovation, especially when it comes to building quickly, efficiently, and with structural integrity."

GHA, also an USA based company will market the rights for exclusive licensing rights of the MPF's products and technology in India and Brazil to developers and contractors. Both countries have a vast housing shortage in affordable homes due to the rapid population growth. India will be the initial focal point of GHA, with Brazil closely behind.

Cedric D. Griffin, managing member of GHA said, "We are extremely grateful and excited to collaborate with a company as cutting-edge and ingenious as ISS. More importantly, the integrity and convictions that Bob Koger and Mark Smith possess, are priceless. GHA feel very blessed to have the opportunity to present to the world this revolutionary product which we believe to the utmost is the best mobile building system ever designed."

"Building these types of structures, maybe the solution the world is seeking", stated ISS managing member Mark Smith. "ISS believes the spotlight needs to shine on the tens of millions of homeless families throughout the world and we are humbled to assist in providing a noble solution by building safe homes for the masses."

Hospitals and schools can also be built with this technology. ISS mission is to aide countries in the building or reconstruction of homes, hospitals, and schools and to offer its vision for those seeking sustainable ways to improve communities world over. GHA will work hand in hand with ISS to improve relations between country and private sectors regarding international communities, thus embracing the common good of mankind.

"Everyone deserves a home!" , Griffin exclaimed.

ISS and GHA were aligned through the consulting of Bobby Wilkes of Wilkes Consulting Group.
