Along with The Asian Development Bank and through Department of Finance, there has been a sum of $650,000 devoted for incorporating the curriculum of IT-BPO in various different colleges across the country. Apart from that, three hubs will be established in Visayas, Luzon and Mindanao. Through these education hubs, teaching staff will be provided with online training sessions as well.

Over the past decade, the BPO industry has grown in double digits and is currently the main focus of the government. By 2016, the government plans on making IT-BPO $25 billion industry. Board of Investment presented its previous year's data and according to that, the revenue generated by the industry had increased about 24%, which is about $11 billion. The industry was also the source of employment for about 638,000 full time employees within the country. While President Obama remains strictly against the outsourcing of companies within the United States, it continues being one of the fastest growing industries around the globe.

The government of Philippines, with the memorandum signed, has announced that by taking this initiative, more than 900 staff members and 3,000 college students will be benefited. About fifty percent of these benefactors will be females. There are a number of BPO services growing across the globe and the industry is literally booming in majority of the Asian countries. Due to the rapid increase in BPO companies such as http://www.kayasystems.com/business-process-outsourcing-bpo-services, thousands of people have been employed, decreasing the total ratio of unemployment around the globe, especially in poor countries. It is also being considered as a way of balancing the riches of the world, with jobs being divided through outsourcing, poor countries are getting their share of prosperity too.
