CLEVELAND, June 11, 2019 (Newswire.com) - ​​​​​​​Quisitive Technology Solutions, Inc., a premier Microsoft solutions provider, announced it has agreed to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Corporate Renaissance Group Inc., a leading provider of Microsoft technology, corporate consulting, and business software and systems based in Ottawa, Ontario. The transaction was facilitated by IT ExchangeNet (ITX), a leading Microsoft channel mergers and acquisitions firm. CRG is the seventh Microsoft partner transaction closed in the last two years by ITX.
