IT360 Conference & Expo: Maximizes Business Success & Engages the IT Industry

Online, May 18, 2010 (Newswire.com) - May 17, 2010, Toronto, ON, Canada...The Canadian information technology industry converged recently in Toronto, April 7, 2010 at the IT360° Conference & Expo (www.it360.ca). Business and technology professionals congregated at IT360 to stay ahead of the technology curve, gain insight and better adapt to a constantly changing industry. Attendees experienced a 360 view of information through the multi-sectored forum which focused on Unified Communications, Security, Data Centres, VoIP, Cloud Computing, IT Business and Asterisk.

Keynote speaker, Gary Warner, filled the room past capacity and captivated the audience. Warner's experience with the U.S. Homeland Security, the FBI and conducting work with large corporations like Walmart, provided ample discussion on his topic Universal Threat Awareness.

IT360°, a unique event in Canada, expanded its reach by hosting two concurrent conferences within the event. The Cloud Computing Conference: An IT Paradigm Shift, which opened the evening before with CloudCamp Toronto, focused on the increasing importance of the cloud. The Asterisk & Open Telephony Conference, sponsored by Digium Inc. and the Toronto Asterisk User Group (TAUG), brought together Asterisk and VoIP professionals. Both conferences ran throughout the day and incorporating these additional agendas provided members of the IT community with a unique in-depth event. There were over 1000 delegates at IT360° 2010.

Education continued to be top-priority at IT360° through the 30-session conference.
