It's What Works! Knowledge Advantage Celebrates 10th Anniversary

Company debuts new website and branding for the first time since its inception in 2005

Knowledge Advantage, a learning consultancy that specializes in eLearning and strategic planning solutions, is celebrating its tenth anniversary this summer.

Founded in 2005 by longtime learning strategist Ruth Kustoff, Knowledge Advantage provides companies with a big picture assessment of how employee learning and knowledge should align to organizational goals.

“We are thrilled to be celebrating this milestone at a time when the learning landscape continues to evolve and offer so many options for learning. Organizations can now integrate learning strategies more easily into the corporate culture.” Kustoff said. “This allows for greater on-demand learning to meet the needs of new hires and a growing millennial workforce, with standardized onboarding and eLearning to support new leadership development.”

To celebrate the 10-year milestone, Kustoff noted that the company’s website and logo have been rebranded to reflect an ongoing commitment toward continuous growth and development.

According to Kustoff, the new logo represents Knowledge Advantage’s strong foundation rooted in adult learning principles, while showing a strong base supports the ability to strive for greater heights.

Similarly, the updated website home page uses new graphic images to show Knowledge Advantage’s philosophy and learning approach rooted in analysis and innovation that allows for a strong strategic focus.
