Jadar Entertainment Concert Series
Online, May 20, 2010 (Newswire.com) - If you missed it last month, you definitely missed a concert so awesome and spectacular, unlike any show we've seen in Los Angeles in many years. "Soul & Jazz in the heart of LA" opened with a red carpet gala filled with celebrities and VIP's from film, TV and the music industry. I walked through the door and was escorted upstairs to an elegant setting for the VIP reception on the patio where I was served chilled champagne and hors d'oeuvres.
The show opened with comedian Rondelle Sheridan, and with his comedic timing he had the audience roaring with laughter. The opening act was the talented and versatile Miki Howard, she had the audience on their feet as she sang throughout the venue, shaking hands and feeling the love in return. Just when I was still reeling from Ms. Howards vocal talents, we were treated to the magnificent vocals of Jovonnie, a beautiful and talented new artist with Jadar Records, singing one of her many hit songs "Was She Worth it."Then Keith Washington the smooth R & B crooner had the women swooning with his number one hit songs and dedication to the late Teddy Pendergrass. The climax of the show was the headliner group Rose Royce, they performed all of their hit songs and we danced and partied the night away with 92.3 DJ Wes Hall.
