With nearly 40 years of experience, Hepp-Struck​​ brings a wealth of knowledge to her industry. When asked why she decided to pursue a career in real estate, Hepp-Struck​​ said:

"I guess you could say I was raised in the real estate business so it’s in my ‘genes’. My dad was a builder, and after retiring from Union Pacific Railroad at 65, my grandfather went into real estate sales and enjoyed tremendous success selling at least half of the “Old Westminster” area until his death at age 79. I started out pursuing my certification as a paralegal in real estate from University of Denver Law School in 1974, and working on the legal side of real estate negotiations inspired my fascination for the sales process. For three years, family and friends encouraged me to make the short leap into sales. I finally made it official and I’m very happy that I took the route I did. The added depth of my paralegal and contractual expertise has proven to be so beneficial in how thoroughly I’m able to represent my clients."

​As a thought-leader in her industry, Hepp-Struck understands changing trends, but also knows that a commitment to her professional philosophy of setting extraordinary standards through world-class customer service and loving what you are doing is what really matters in the long run.
