January 2nd Is National Motivation & Inspiration Day

National Motivation & Inspiration Day is January 2nd of every year and was passed by resolution by The United States Congress. No, it's not a joke. It's a day dedicated to helping people become the very best U that U can be. Only 3% of the most

A day dedicated to "motivation and inspiration." Most people don't see the significance of that.

Statistically, 85% of people give up on their "New Year's Resolutions" by the end of January. Combine this with the fact that only 3% of the most successful people write down their personal goals and follow them throughout the year.

Hopefully, in this context, it becomes more important to help people become more "motivate and inspired," especially young adults.

Kevin L. McCrudden is the founder of National Motivation & Inspiration Day, which he had passed by The United States Congress after the tragic events of 9-11-2001. The United States Congress, New York State Senate and Assembly recognize January 2nd as National Motivation & Inspiration Day. By doing so, Mr. McCrudden became the ONLY "motivational and leadership speaker" in America to have a day of recognition passed by The United States Government. (H. Res 308 12/18/2001)

"People underestimate the importance of goal setting and establishing written goals for themselves. Almost every adult is given a set of professional goals associated with their job or career and yet, only 3% of the most successful people in the world actually write out and follow their own personal goals." says McCrudden. He continues, "why is it that there is something so simple that we can teach our children and reinforce with our young adults and yet we don't teach it to them? It seems ridiculous. Doesn't it?" concluded McCrudden.

In addition to being President of Motivate America and Founder of National Motivation & Inspiration Day, Mr. McCrudden has released his first book, "U ~ Who Are U?" where he introduces "The 21st Century Multidimensional Hierarchy of Needs," which may be the most significant addition to "Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs" in 60 years.

Dr. Maslow's "Hierarchy of Needs" is still referenced as one of the leading theories for human motivation, which is frequently mentioned in texts on motivation, management, leadership and human behavior. Mr. McCrudden's "21st Century Multidimensional Hierarchy of Needs" provides an advancement and a new way of looking at Dr. Maslow's original work back in 1943 by "modernizing" it and creating a "multidimensional view" that can be measured on multiple sides.

Mr. McCrudden has appeared on national TV and Radio programs for several years and still has some availability for interviews on both radio and TV. Please visit the following sites or feel free to contact us at the email address or phone numbers below to schedule an interview.
