January Education Trusts Webinar Hosted by Chapel Hill Estate Planning Lawyer

Chapel Hill estate planning lawyer Gregory Herman-Giddens will host 'Estate Planning With Education Trusts and 529 Plans' in a live 90-minute webinar on January 9, 2013.

The Continuing Legal Education program will instruct how to identify estate planning opportunities associated with education trusts and 529 College Savings Plans. The program outlines tax savings and flexibility benefits, ways to structure trusts and draft education provisions in revocable trusts, and identifies ways to incorporate 529 Plans into an estate plan. The estate planning webinar will review gift tax and GST tax implications, and explore how stand-alone education trusts can provide added protection and tax savings. North Carolina estate planning attorney Gregory Herman-Giddens teaches multiple estate planning webinars throughout the year and is recognized as an industry expert, frequently requested as a repeat instructor.
