Jason Walker Joins All American Management

Online, June 22, 2010 (Newswire.com) - (Orlando, FL) Jason Walker, a 1994 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, has been named Director of Operations at All American Management (AAM), the 27-year-old property management company based in Longwood, Fla.

Walker will be responsible for developing a more cohesive, high performance team of professionals at AAM, focusing on exceptional customer service. AAM handles more than 500 residential properties throughout Greater Orlando.

AAM founder Gene Bennett, CPM, says the addition of Walker is part of a new strategic plan for the company to reassess its key assets and strengthen its involvement in the community it serves.

After graduation from the Naval Academy, Walker accepted a commission in the Marine Corps as an Infantry Officer. Throughout his military career, he successfully led teams in several organizations, including a tour at the Marine Corps Institute leading both civilian and military personnel to develop paper- and web-based distance learning courses, in addition to improving office communications and project management effectiveness.

After 11½ years of service, he joined the corporate sector in 2000 and started his own business two years later developing cohesive, high-performance teams for organizations spanning various industries. He affiliated with Academy Leadership in 2008 to utilize its leadership development programs to improve his clients' effectiveness.

Walker resides in Winter Garden, Fla., with his wife, Nancy, and their two boys.
