Jeffrey Milberg Named Vice President At Northwest Direct Marketing

Jeffrey Milberg, as newly appointed VP Sales at NorthWest Direct marketing, will help companies maximize their customer acquisition and customer service experience.

West Linn, OR, - Jeffrey Milberg has been named Vice President of Sales at NorthWest Direct Marketing, it was announced today by Timothy Rote, President.

As vice president sales for NorthWest Direct Marketing, Milberg is responsible for helping companies improve their customer acquisition processes as well as their customer service functions. Working with the marketing, account management and IT teams, NorthWest Direct Marketing will continue to offer innovative call center and customer service opportunities for clients. NorthWest Direct Marketing's key focus has been attention to detail and providing experienced and professional inbound and outbound teleservice representatives. Northwest Direct Marketing provides both business and consumer services to the Insurance, Healthcare, Financial Services, Telecommunications and Consumer Goods industries. They also provide political and advocacy marketing support.

Milberg has extensive direct marketing experience and brings a mix of creative, business development and marketing approaches to client partnerships. He came to NorthWest Direct Marketing from FJ Associates, LLC where he was a managing director and vice president for teleservices outsourcing and database list sales.
Milberg previously co-founded Telemarketing Concepts, Inc. a leader in B2B telemarketing, growing to six contact centers in New York,North Carolina and Georgia. When the company was sold to a Philippine software venture, he was instrumental in the establishment,training and management of call centers in Manila. Later, Milberg established an international teleservices program/vendor management company with a network of call centers worldwide. He also worked for the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation where he directed operations as well as sales and marketing strategies for Salesnet, a pioneer in automated call center services, and Dun's Marketing Services Divisions.
Milberg will work out of the New York City and Vermont offices.
