JELD-WEN Products Used In Laneway Home Construction

That's why JELD-WEN Windows and Doors partnered with Vancouver-based Smallworks on an affordable, environmentally friendly one-bedroom home that uses the footprint of a garage. The idea for the home was conceived after an EcoDensity planning initiative was passed in Vancouver to provide green and affordable living solutions to British Columbian residents.

Smallworks has developed three Laneway home models that fit on the majority of residential lots. JELD-WEN became involved in the project when Smallworks was looking for a window and door manufacturer that offered green products with custom design options.
