JELD-WEN Window And Doors Named U.S. ENERGY STAR Partner Of The Year

Online, March 3, 2010 (Newswire.com) - (WINNIPEG, Manitoba) March 3, 2010 - The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. Department of Energy just named JELD-WEN Windows and Doors a 2010 ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year for reducing greenhouse gas emissions, manufacturing energy-efficient products and educating consumers about the benefits of energy efficiency. JELD-WEN Canada received the ENERGY STAR Participant of the Year award from Natural Resources in May 2009. This is the first time a manufacturer has been recognized by ENERGY STAR in Canada and the U.S. concurrently.
