Jill Ragan Scully named Charter Member of WFCP Advisory Board

Online, February 19, 2010 (Newswire.com) - (St. Paul, MN)The Window Fashions Certified Professionals Program (WFCP™) has recently created an Advisory Board and announces that Jill Ragan Scully, Impressive Windows and Interiors, has been named a charter member. The charter members include experts from the interior design and window coverings industry and include areas of expertise in fabrication, window fashion design, redesign and staging, and feng shui.
