John Fitzpatrick Earns NAR Pricing Strategy Advisor Certification

The National Association of REALTORS® offers the PSA certification to REALTORS® who have demonstrated a thorough understanding of the numerous components that influence accurate property values.  In today’s market, more than ever before, the correct pricing strategy depends on professional expertise and competence, the best use of technology, and a commitment to approach the pricing assignment from various perspectives.
