Justice Is Mind Announces Massachusetts Premiere

Justice Is Mind will have its Massachusetts premiere at the historic Strand Theatre in Clinton, Massachusetts on September 16, 2013. Short film version, Evidence, made its world premiere at the Strand that led to feature film funding.

Mark Lund, executive producer, director and writer, is pleased to announce that Justice Is Mind will have its Massachusetts premiere at the historic Strand Theatre in Clinton, Massachusetts on September 16, 2013 at 7PM. Tickets are $5.50. The short film version of Justice Is Mind, Evidence, had its world premiere at the same venue in 2012 that led to the funding of the feature film.

"Having our Massachusetts premiere at the Strand Theatre is like coming home," said Lund. "When we produced the short film version in 2012 as a capital raise vehicle for the feature, the Strand welcomed us to present the concept to audiences for the first time. In addition, the majority of Justice Is Mind was filmed in Massachusetts."

Set in the near future where advanced MRI technology can read your memory, Justice Is Mind follows businessman and restaurant owner Henri Miller who has been afflicted with unexplained headaches since childhood. When he has the new FVMRI procedure and it reveals that he has allegedly shot and killed two people, the trial of the century begins in which Miller is faced with his own memory at trial. But all is not as it seems as a dark family secret, held by Henri's minister father Joseph, reveals itself during the trial.

"The Strand Theatre commences the start of our North American tour that will involve theatre, science fiction and law school screenings," said Lund. "Since our world premiere in Albany at the Capital District Film Festival, we have been adding additional theatres and other venues to screen the film. It's an exciting time for the project."
