K. Hovnanian Homes Celebrates Summer In Different Ways

Online, June 28, 2010 (Newswire.com) - K. Hovnanian Homes is celebrating summer with a special summer sales event, the company announced today. In many communities, those specials end when the month of June ends.

"With the beautiful weather and the first week of summer, it's just a great time to celebrate the summer season and all of the circumstances that have come together to make this a great time to move into your dream home," said Lori Olszewski, division marketing director. "Each of our communities across New Jersey is doing something different to celebrate the season, but with interest rates as low as they've been in many years and home prices also very low, our summer sales event can give homebuyers something to celebrate."

Ms. Olszewski said some communities were offering homebuyers extra options and upgrades. Others were taking special discounts on specific homes. And some are planning special events. K. Hovnanian communities include single-family home neighborhoods, townhome communities, urban condominium communities, and active-adult neighborhoods.
