Kansas City Charity, CCVI, Selects Revisin For Trolley Run Site

Kansas City based charity, Children's Center for the Visually Impaired, CCVI, decided to develop trolleyrun.org to promote their premier, annual, fund-raising effort. They selected Overland Park, Kansas based Revisin as their web development partner.

Kansas City based charity, Children's Center for the Visually Impaired, CCVI, has partnered with Revisin Web Development to design and develop a new web site at www.trolleyrun.org.

CCVI provides a comprehensive program for children, birth through school age, including highly-specialized instruction, therapies and family education. The core mission is helping Kansas City families and children with visual impairment live richer and fuller lives.

Revisin is a 3-year-old Overland Park, Kansas based technology company that helps businesses establish their online presence with graphic design, branding, web design, web application development, blog development, social media consulting and search engine marketing.

CCVI, along with the title sponsor, Sabates Eye Centers, hosts The Trolley Run. The annual event, which has become a Kansas City Institution, is expected to raise $500,000 to benefit CCVI.

The site at trolleyrun.org gives participants an online destination to learn about The Trolley Run, CCVI, get registered, make a private donation, participate as a corporate sponsor and connect with the charity and to the children and families it serves.

The 2010 Trolley Run will be held on April 25th. The run starts at 7am at 75th and Wornall in Waldo and winds through the streets of the historic neighborhoods in Brookside. The run ends on the Kansas City Country Club Plaza.

Registration is now open to runners, joggers and walkers of all skill levels. Registration costs $30 when registering before April 12th, $35 after that and $40 on race day. Visit trolleyrun.org for more information and registration guidelines.
