Kate's Club's Annual Cabaret Is Back For The Ninth Year With Prohibition Era Speakeasy Theme

501(c)3 organization hosts annual fundraiser to raise money for grieving youth

Kate's Club, a leading 501(c)(3) nonprofit foundation dedicated to empowering children and teens facing life after the death of a parent or sibling, is hosting their ninth annual Cabaret on Friday, August 17, 2012 at the Foundry at Puritan Mill, located at 916 Joseph E Lowery Blvd in Atlanta, GA from 8 PM - Midnight. The speakeasy themed event, hosted by former Atlanta Falcon and motivational speaker Coy Wire and Kristin Klingshirn, co-host of Q100's The Bert Show, is sure to take guests back to the Prohibition Era with a wealth of decor, signature "underground" cocktails and fabulous roaring twenties style attire.

With incredible live and silent auction items, entertainment from U.S. Beat, gourmet hors d'oeuvres by Affairs to Remember and an open bar, there will be no shortage of indulgences at this year's Cabaret. As an added bonus, master pastry chef and Food Network Star Karen Portaleo from Highland Bakery will be crafting masterful work of cake art for guests to enjoy.

Tickets are available for purchase on www.katesclub.org for a discounted price of $100 until August 1, 2012 and will go up to $125 after this date. All proceeds benefit Kate's Club and are tax deductible.
