According to Business Department specialists this land will be further developed to increase the rate of returns it can bring. Right now the company conducts business talks with local developers to run several projects simultaneously. Recently this very investor has already bought 410 acres of land along the coastline in Northern part of Dominican Republic. All works related to infrastructure development have successful started and will be finished by the end of this year, right in the middle of high season.
The subcontractors of the company have accomplished the creation of road network and other communications necessary for a comfortable living. Now this partner will switch to newly purchased 210 acres of land to perform the same changes. Kelex Properties Limited decided to leave 56 acres for the purposes of planting fruit trees and creating a recreational park with fountains, water communications, landscape design elements and other facilities to attract tourists.
