Benjamin has been invited to join the prestigious Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM). Mr. Benjamin is a Partner in the firm’s Orlando office, focusing his practice exclusively on Workers’ Compensation.

Mr. Benjamin has spent more than two decades of his career primarily litigating Workers’ Compensation claims. His background includes 18 years of representing employers and carriers, as well as six years representing injured workers. He has also handled appeals before the First and Fifth District Courts of Appeals, and served as an Assistant Public Defender where he tried numerous jury trials. His vast experience and legal knowledge has earned him an AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

Outside the office, Mr. Benjamin periodically serves as a guest speaker on Workers’ Compensation topics. Additionally, he served as guest editor of the News & 440 Report for the Workers’ Compensation section of The Florida Bar and has presented adjuster CEU classes.

Mr. Benjamin earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Emory University and his law degree from the University of Florida. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
