Kelly Hager Group Real Estate Services Hosts Remodeling Workshops at The Home Depot

St. Louis, MO, September 5, 2014 (Newswire.com) - The first workshop, occurring on September 6th at the Chesterfield location, will highlight information regarding return on investments for home improvement projects using data specific to the St. Louis real estate market. Future workshops will focus on current market trends and what buyers and sellers can expect in their home buying experiences.

The group will also be available to answer any questions about current market trends. The workshops will also allow associates from The Home Depot to show customers how to perform home improvement tasks as well as decide on different options for specific budgets. Multiple vendors will be available on site to answer any questions about specific products, and a home inspection company will provide information on what to expect during an inspection process for a new home.

The first workshop will be combined with The Home Depot’s well-known Kids Workshop, which has an average attendance of 160 children on the first Saturday of each month. This month’s project will be a Wizard of Oz birdhouse. Additionally, children and parents will be able to guess the amount of blocks used to build a Lego house for the chance to win a Home Depot gift card.
