For the 79th year, this beloved Wisconsin Tourist Attraction presents the Season’s Schedule for their ever popular Travel Adventure Series. The 2015-2016 season promises to be an exciting adventure so mark the following dates on a calendar. Adventure seekers won't want to miss the boat!
Join well known professional filmmakers/world travelers, on the journey of a lifetime. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride as they share their travel adventures, chronicled through breathtaking cinematography, firsthand narrative, and interactive discussions with the audience. Take a visual tour of the world, from the comfort of an auditorium setting, and best of all, NO PACKING!
Kenosha Public Museums Travel Adventure Series Schedule 2015-2016
- September 25: Vietnam, Cambodia and a Mekong Cruise
- October 9: Cuba: A Road Journey From Havana to Santiago
- November 20: Steamboating Alaska's Inside Passage
- February 26: America's Grand Canyon
- March 11: Bhutan: The Cloud Kingdom
- April 6*: The Promised Land: Adventures in the Middle East (*Shown at the Kenosha Public Museum)
- May 20: Scenes From an Italian Journey
The Travel Adventure Films are shown at the Reuther High School Auditorium, located on the corner of Sheridan Rd and 58th St, Kenosha, at 7pm, with doors opening at 6:15pm. (*unless otherwise noted) All seating is unreserved.
General adult admission: $5 Each Show
Season pass: $25 ($20 seniors and Friends of the Museums members)
Kids 15 and under: free
The Kenosha Public Museums, including the Civil War and Dinosaur Discovery Museums, located just 25 minutes from Milwaukee and 55 minutes from Chicago, are the perfect destination for day trips, class trips, field trips, and fun family and community events.
