Kensington Properties Strengthens Asian Presence With New Asia Pacific Head
Kensington Properties, with its leading real estate investment management solutions and services for the global financial services industry, announced today the appointment of Michael Zhong Sheng as Managing Director, Asia Pacific. Michael joined the company in May and will be based in China. He reports directly to James Buchanan, Kensington's Chief Executive Officer.
New York, USA, May 26, 2017 (Newswire.com) - By reinforcing Kensington Properties’ growing Asia-Pacific footprint, Michael Zhong Sheng will be responsible for overseeing all management, operations, sales and distribution, plus enhancing client relationships to drive the business growth of Kensington’s integrated solution offerings across the region. Michael brings with him more than 12 years of financial services, including eight years involved leading complex customer relationships and projects at a senior management level in Asia.

During his 12-year career, he worked in London, Dubai, Australia and Cambodia, with experience in growing the business’ Asian footprint.
